Bylaw changes passed by Membership

Proposed bylaws changes from the Board of Directors for Section 3.01 of the MNSP Bylaws were approved at the Annual meeting on March 19, 2011.  

The Bylaw change that was approved strikes the words “based on member representation of no less than one director for each 100 members” from Section 3.01. 

This change now allows the Board of Directors to determine a board size that fits the needs of the company and member representation.  With the approved Bylaw change, the directors retiring from their seats due to term limits from District 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, and 7 were not filled bringing the Board size to 15 Directors.
