Construction Update
Week of June 20, 2005

The Biodiesel project appears to be on schedule for an August 1 st start-up.

Process piping in the biodiesel building is 100% complete with utility piping about 80% complete. All tanks have been set in place and piping to and from the process is in progress. The electrical conduit is complete and we have begun pulling wire.

In the Pre-treat plant all equipment has been set and contractors will move to this area as they are freed up from the biodiesel portion of the project. We have pre-treated oil on site for the biodiesel start-up as the pre-treat portion of this project will be three to four weeks behind the biodiesel plant.
