How Do Your Beans Measure Up???

United Soybean Board is a strong supporter of creating a bean which will have high yields and excellent quality throughout the United States. Many seed companies are working on the perfect combination of yield, protein and oil. It is a well known fact that beans grown in the Northern areas are a lower quality bean than beans grown in the Southern areas.

SDSP and MnSP are also dedicated on working to reward producers on an excellent quality bean, carrying high oil and protein combinations. USB is joining together with SDSP and MnSP to assist producers in evaluating the quality of their soybean variety

To assist the producer in analyzing the quality of their beans, we are providing sample bags and prepaid postage envelopes for producers to send samples in to the processing plant for protein and oil testing.
